POP3 using Encrypted Password File under Windows 2003

Hi all,

My Windows Server 2003 added the POP service, but it is a non-AD standalone
server, while install by the wizard, I choosed the “Encrypted Password File”
to install the PO, but now ….. find some question and problems!!!

The big problems is, how to change the user’s password, the user create by
the EPS look like not under the POP3 group …. and POP mmc haven’t the
change password option for me to choose …

Do EPS user can’t change the user password??
