popup-ad killer for a network

Hi,
I have a windows nt network. With windows 98,2000 and xp clients. Is there any way to stop this pop-ads from appearing on ther computer via the internet. Could anyone recommend a good pop-ad killer for the network. Any help would be appreciated.
