Port 135; DCOM exploit in Windows XP sp 2. Help!

A few weeks ago port 135 has been recieving DCOM exploits. All though, I dont really know what that is, I closed port 135. Would it be enough? BTW the warnings from the firewall stopped after I closed port 135.

What are other ports should I close down? BTW my firewall is Comodo.
