Port Forwarding

Hello Guys,

I need some help regarding port forwarding,

before i was using DSL internet connection, so i use to forward telnet and SSH ports in modem. currently i am using LAN based internet. i don’t have dedicated public IP for me. and i don’t have any access to gateway.

my question is: is there any way to forward my PC port over internet. is there any tunneling software like TeamViewer to forward ports.
