Port forwarding in Windows NT4

I have a particular workstation which has access to a dev server, this env is only accessable via PCAnywhere. The firewall has rules only allowing the workstations ip through.

However, I’d like to have a solution, where I can setup some port forwarding on this workstation so requests from the LAN(on a particular PCAnywhere port) will be forwarded to the dev server. The idea being that I can can switch it on and off as I see fit. I don’t want to muck around with the firewalls or routers.
