Port forwarding not working

Guys, if you can help me, that will be much appreciated.

I’m trying to set up an open listening port for a P2P program (BitComet); I have a static IP set up from my computer. However, the IP that the software is taking is different, and seems to be the IP used by the computer out on the internet. I’ve tried several setups in the NAPT ruletable to forward the port used by the P2P program, but it always comes out as blocked. Can I get some help?
