Portal Admin with Novell 4.11 and/or 5.0

We have a mixed network with Novell 4.11, Novell 5.0 and Novell 5.1 and I have
used the Novell Portal Admin quite a bit. The only drawback that I have
seen using Portal Admin is that it is only for Novell 5.1 and higher. This
is a great resource utility that would even more beneficial if it could work
on earlier versions especially 5.0. Any ideas if this will be included in
Service Pack releases?
