Possible certificate conflict issue?

Hi, we have a UC certificate for our mail server that includes a number of domain names including lets say mydomain.com. For another project I was asked to purchase a cert and as they were going to have several different host names they wanted a wildcard cert for mydomain.com. Without really thinking about it I ordered it.

Will these two conflict in any way? DNS records for the web server and mail server will be pointing to different addresses so issue??? In general I’m worried about somehow breaking mail, specifically OWA
