Power comes on but nothing happens

Recently I have had a virus problem and took care of it with AVG7.0 but the spyware kinda got out of hand so I used a few spywares to get rid of them. The last thing I out on it was Zone Alarm when I did a final reset it wouldnt let me log in. Everytime I tried to login it would load user settings then logout before the screen even came on. Well now it wont do anything. I turn the power on and the light stays amber on the monitor and nothing happens. Its got power but nothing is running, not even the BIOS. Any help on this would be most appriciated.
