power is not passing to all the ports

DEAR SIR ,

I M HAVING MOTHERBOARD OF ASUS7PRO & it suddenly stop working & when starting no warning beeps or no sound is coming & cpu is not starting,even the power is not passing to hard disk & cd rom, but the power indicator is on the mother board near the AGP card.

I HAVE CHECKED THE AGP CARD & MEMORY ALSO THEY ARE OKIE.

Please can u advise what could be the problem.

I have checked all the settings on the MB & everything is okay.
