Power Management Via Group Policy

I work for a company that has a fairly large number of public users that come in and user a set number of computers. These computers are having some issues at the moment with their Power Settings. After 10 minutes, they go to Screen Saver (which is fine) and then after another 10 minutes the monitor goes into hibernation. I personally don’t see a problem with this but some other’s do take issue with it. I was wondering if there’s an easy way to control this via a GP setting? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
