Power settings on XP pro guest account

I am working on my home network (full admin).
I have one pc that the kids use, on which I’ve set up a guest account.

Everything works fine, but I’m not able to set the power settings from within the guest account. Hence the machine won’t go to sleep when logged in as guest.

I’ve searched the web and found everything BUT what I’m looking for here. Sure there are MANY other ways to accomplish this task but I’m tryin to address THIS SPECIFIC issue.. 🙂

Any ideas?
