PowerPoint Repair Fail

by aaronthomashiscox . Updated 10 years, 2 months ago

Hey,

I’ve connected graphs in an excel spreadsheet with a powerpoint presentation. So when I update the graphs in excel, the graph in powerpoint updates automatically.

However, intermittently the powerpoint presentation claims there is a problem with the content and it needs to repair.

If I click repair or cancel on the first pop-up window, the powerpoint takes me to a second pop-window with the same question. In the background it loads the presentation and the graphs perfectly.

If I click on cancel at this point the presentation closes. If I click repair, it wipes all the slides it has successfully loaded in the background and replaces them with a red X.

Is there a way to simply access the slides that are being successfully loaded behind the pop-up?

Thanks,

Aaron
