Powershell: Automate moving computers to OU based on OS

Got a highly disorganized AD, trying to clean some things up starting with moving computers to specified OU per OS so wsus will push correct updates to pc. Currently all the computers are in the default “computers” ou. I need to move them down to a specified OS folder. Example: Domain Top> Company Name > Computers > Windows 7

I have tried using some of the automated tools included in our Manage Engine products but they do not seem to work correctly. Anyone have any recommendations?
