Prevent setting of CA password in IE 5?

Is there a way to prevent users from enabling content advisor and setting a password in IE5?
The kids at school have figured out they can set it at its highest rating then password it. The teacher is then unable to disable it and it becomes unusable. Possibly a registry setting?
