Print

I am running Win XP with Service Pack 1. When I access JUNO, and retrieve my EMAIL messages, and I access the attachments to the EMAIL messages, I try to print them to my Brother mfc4800 printer using the USB port and the first two to three letters/numbers of each print line are missing. I tried to change the borders on the printer but Juno has no facility to do this. I don’t even know if this would fix the problem. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
