Print Banner

I have a HP Laserjet 2100TN printer connected on a Novell Netware 3.12 Print Server. I am having problems stopping the test page (banner) printing out before every print job on a windows 2000 client PC. In 95/98 this is simple enough to stop by unchecking a tickbox in the printer properties but I cannot find such a utility in the Windows 2000 printer properties. Anybody have any ideas?? Note: PCL6 drivers are installed.
