I’m trying to figure out how to refresh our list of printers on our network. On our print server, I’ve put in locations of each printer, but when I try to add a printer and go to the directory of printers on our network, the location field under certain printers reflect old information that has been updated…..in some cases, for several months.
I’m under the impression updating the locations on the server should refresh the list that comes up when search for a printer. Would a reboot of the server work? I’m perplexed. Any hints would be nice.
