Print drivers

My office network has 3 printers installed-an HP4si, HP4000 and a Toshiba 2570 printer/copier. All three have different print drivers. Therefore, depending on which printer is selected, the pagination and the way the document is presented on the page changes. Are there any print drivers that can be used for all three printers so that the document will print the same no matter what printer is chosen.
