Print option in File menu in Internet Explorer disabled

Hi All Techies

I have a user in our corporate network using a IBM R60 laptop with Xp Pro and SP1. The problem he is having is that he does not have Print option activated in File Menu in Internet Explorer. Also when he hits the PRINT icon in IE it does not pop up with the window with the installed printers under his login

I have tried everything I can think of. The SOE (standard operating environment) people have no idea why this is happening.

So out in this world we have experts to whom I request to please throw some light on the issue and beg them to help me out
