Print problem

I have an employee that is printing from a program called Fedline Advantage. When she prints her daily report from their site, about halfway into the document it starts printing garbled text. If she prints the document again, it prints correctly.

She is running on Windows XP SP2 and printing on an HP Laserjet 1300. She has no problems printing in any other program.
