Print Problems

I am having issues with a local TCP/IP printer. I set up a HP LaserJet P2015 as a local printer through a TCP/IP port. I did this with 3 people in the office and on both of my Citrix servers. I have one person who can’t get any any print jobs to go through. She can print to other printers outside of her office and she can print via Citrix. I have deleted and re-added the port multiple times, I have done multiple names on the port as well to no avail. Any one have any ideas?
