Print Q not sending to Printer

I am running SBS2003

I have successfully installed a HP2600n printer and printed the test page.

I have 3 clients attached to my server.

I can NOT print any documents from either the server itself or from my clients

The print jobs are being sent to the print q because I can see them in the q. However they are not being sent to the printer.

I can ping the printer by IP address and by name.

What can I do???
