print quality – HP LaserJet Pro 500 MFP M570dw Colour Laser Printer

Hello, does anyone know why I have two lines/streaks of colour ink on either side of a print?

The lines/streaks are about 1cm wide and run vertically down the page.

There are two lines/streaks on either side of the print.

The lines/streaks are about 1 cm in from the edge of the paper.

The printer is the HP LaserJet Pro 500 MFP M570dw Colour Laser Printer

I’ve cleaned the transfer belt and roller. I’ve emptied the excess toner container. And I’ve put in new hp toner cartridges in the printer.
