Ok, here we go. Everything started when we hooked up a new HP4100tn to our network.(middle of May)
We are now having trouble printing. The next day we had 2-3 clients not able to see use the Novell queues, they would be there but grayed out. After a shutdown and 5-10 mins the systems came up and now the printers are on-line, 1 hr later printers are off-line again. Go thru the same procedure again and everything is up and running. What would be causing the queues to go offline?
This happens to everybody on our network every now and then, only 6 clients have the driver to the hp4100tn.
We have a Novell server 5.1
Workstations are win 95/98/2000/NT(most are 95/98) we have not had any problems with 2000 or NT at this time.Using the netware client that comes with windows.
