Print Server Question

Does anyone know of a way to send a Word document to all the printers from an NT print server or a workstation?

We are having trouble getting messages out to all users warning them of an upcoming network downtime. We usually send a word attachment via email but not all users have e-mail and managers are not distributing the notice.
