print server queues

I have a NT server being used as a print server. We are running several printers off this using HP Jet direct software. The queue/spooler is all run in the default C drive. We are rapidly running out of space, but have plenty on the D and E drives. Is there a way to change the location of the queue/spooler? Thanks for your help.
