Print Server Survey

I have recently received an unusual request from one of our clients. What they are seeking is a web survey to be launched each time a job is sent to the print server for printing. I have been digging and digging into the various codebases and have so far been unable to arrive at a solution.

Does anyone know where to set up such an event to fire off opening a web browser?
