Print services keep stoping

We have just installed the latest SP2 for Exchange 2000 and with 2 of our servers the print services keep stoping. This may happen up to 3 times a day that I have to restart the services. I feel that it has something to do with the update to exchange but it could be something else, any feed back would be great.
