Print Spooler

Hi all,

I’ve recently been to a few clients and seen the same problem appear.

My clients have tried to print a document but nothing happens, when I right click the printer and select properties I get the following message

‘print spooler service is not running’

However if I check the serivce it appears to be running.

If i restart the service and then the PC it all works fine either for a few days or just until the PC is restarted again.

Has anyone else seen this problem lately or know what would cause it?
