Print spooler failure after installing RSAT

I installed the windows Remote server administration tool kit for Windows 7, and my print spooler keeps failing. I system restored and I got my printers back but I need to use this tool.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.

I have seen nothing online yet about this error. I could really use the help. I need to tool kit to administer a hyper v install.
