Print to a file as .txt

I need some help. I’ve asked this question before and only gotten one response, and I’m revisiting the issue.

I have a transcription system that prints to various printers based on rules that are set up. I need to set up printers for this system that will print to a file as a .txt based document rather than to a physical printer.

This must all be done without user intervention as we need this to stay a fully automatic process.

I’m printing off of a Windows 2003 server. (please, no Windows bashing as this is what the vendor requires)

Any ideas?
