Printer AccessDenied, Unable to Connect.

I have a Dell running Windows 2000 Pro. My user will print just fine for awhile then will receive a error box with “Printing Error” when trying to print. If you go into the Printers Menu the Status of the printer will be “Access denied, Unable to connect.” I can go into properties and print a test page just fine, it just won’t print from any applications, nor will any other printer.
