Printer configuration (any tips?)

We are purchasing a new printer for our office. There are 10 computers running NT with one server. Our current setup for printing is a HP 970. It’s kind of like a personal printer but shared.

Now we are getting an HP 2100xi laser printer. I wantto know the best way to set this up so that it won’t stall on me. I have been having a lot of printer problems lately. We can’t afford to get the network card for the printer yet, so it will have to be shared. Should I put the spooler folder on a separate computer? What is the ideal setup for this printer? Any tips will be appreciated!
