Printer Disappears

This seems to be very weird. I got a call from one of our offices that they were getting printing errors. I connected to the machine that the printer is attached to. Went to settings, printers. I found no printers installed. I seen this happen before at another location, when I reboot the computer, all the printers show up again.Does anybody know why this occurs, and if so is there a fix?
