printer error

My customer has an Accel-A-Writer 8200. I believe the hardware inside is similar to an HP LJ 4 something. Anyhow, he reported that at one time it would not print. Then it kicked out a piece of paper that said, “printer restarted due to fatal system error at address 0x328D50”. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
