Printer Issue

I am unable to access my client PC to install printer on which is installed on his PC. when ever I want to access it though IP address or by network place I get an error message you cannot access this sytstem “Access Denied” contact system administrator, but I am an administrator……Plz help. The client PC is Window XP and my server is MS server 2003 R2
