Printer Offline!!

I have Netware 3.12 server and three PCs with windows 9x. One of the PCs ( has win98) has a dialup connection. Everytime a user tries to connect with dailup connection the printer goes offline and becames inaccessible for the machine. The odd thing is that printer works fine if user doesnot initiate the dailup connection. I looked up things including IRQ conflict — no conflict. Any suggestions will be appreciated?
