printer pc issue

hi im ron from lexmark tech support manila!!!! i have a question related to my job… here in my account we still dont have any fix for a printer installing to a pc on a usb conneciton …. on the printer set up there’s a window option asking what connection does the printer connected e.g usb wireless etc…, and its connected via usb but cant proceed to next page becaues pc is not detecting the printer even putting on a different usb port..is there any advance fix or any device manger settings need to be change????
