Printer Problem

hey salam all ov yew well i want to ask one thing….

i’ve a network printer in ma network and am facing a problem now a days and it really sux ma printer setup and users are not feelin good due to dis problem…

well printer cache is not able to refresh … if a user send a print command den after a day or two printer will print dese same prints wenever anyoder user send print command from his/her computer… meanz printer buffer is not able to to refresh i think if anyone know anything about this problem den letme know i’ll wait for your reply……..
