Printer Problem

I have a Declaser 5100 that worked fine until a few days ago. When I power it on now, it either prints out a solid black or blank page and just sits at the Startup Page on the screen. If I open the printer it goes to the Ready/Idle state, but will not print anything. Not even a test page. I tried reseating the memory cards, changing the connection, powering it down overnight, conecting it to a different system and from a different power outlet. Nothing helped. It doesn’t seem to even respond tothe buttons on the front.

Is there a way to hard reset the printer? Anyone know what is wrong with it? This is a great printer (1200 dpi 8ppm) and I hope it isn’t dead!!! Help!
