Printer Problem

I installed a printer to my network. It is on Win. NT. I use Web Jetadmin to configure the printer. Everything on the printer and on Web Jetadmin looks fine, it sees all the papertrays and what type of paper is in them. When I try to use page setup in Word or Wordperfect, the printer only uses one tray, but I can go to the printer properties and change the papertray there and it works. What could be wrong?
