Printer Problem

We have Windows Server 2003 with three clients. Our HP 2300n printer is no longer showing up in our server, there is no printer icon representing it anymore. The icon is completely gone. Previously, we were able to see the IP address on the screen of the printer, but now the IP address doesn’t show up as well. It just happened yesterday. Please advise what might of happened or possible causes and solutions. I printed the configuration page from the printer and there is no IP address listed and the EIO 1: shows empty. Do I have to re-install the program on the server? Is the printer bad? Please help.
