Printer Sharing Issue… any suggestion pls.

I have a pc’s connected into a domain and i have printer shared on the local pc. the problem i have when the user tried to print it wont print to the share printer. the solution is to restart the pc where the printer is connected and it will print. I know that this is not the right way.. any suggestion pls i need you help.
