Printer Sharing problem

Hi, Good Morning. I have HP laserjet printer. I installed on my PC & shared with other 8 pc’s via ip address means // my pc ip. but when user shutdown him pc & started his pc the share priner is not working , pc cant find that printer. so i again connect that printer to all users machine. so plz give me final solutions for this issue. all pc’s firewall all disabled.
