Printer spool keep stopping

Lately in my Server i lost all my Printers,
so i looked arround in microsoft werbsite ect..
i found out the only solutions i have to add the printers again is delete the drivers and reinstall them ( because i wasn’t able to do add them get error spool service is not runing , and can’t get it back ).
so i did delete the drivers and back installing the printers and everything seems ok.
but the only issue the printerspool keep stopping, so every time i get unable to reach the server in the printers,so i have to log in the server and restart the printer spool.

so is there is anyway of keeping it runing ?
