Printer Spooler on loacl Computer Fails when I add a printer from PS

Hi,

please help if you can.

I have created a new PS for my network WINSER2003 rd2.

and installed about 15 network prints.

I have install IIS and am publishing the printers as a web page.

when i try 2 install a printer I freezes the local machines Printer spooler.

any help would be appreciated
