Printer Trays

We have recently acquired HP Laserjet 8150DN printers. On one of them there seem to be a problem with the paper Tray 3. What is happenibg is when 1 load paper in the tray 3 the control panel keeps flashing saying there’s no paper in tray 3.
What could be the problem with the printer.
