Printer with Remote Desktop Connection

I work out of my home and remote into my office. I am trying to use my Canon MX850 printer when I am inside of our server. We use Windows Server 2003. They did load the driver at my office, but
I cannot get it to work.

Not sure if it matters, but I am remoting in using Parallels.

Can anyone help?
