Printers Disappear after Reboot

HI. Every time I reboot my PC (XP), the printers disappear. When I check the Print Spooler, it has stopped and I have to restart it each time. When I restart it, the printers re-appear. The Print Spooler is set at Automatic.

Can anyone help?
